This was our summer list.  We completed it by going to the beach (#7) and having a picnic on the day before my school started.  It feels good to complete a list of things to do, and it is even better to go out and do things.  I'm especially glad that we got these done despite my heavy workload from summer classes.  We're starting a fall list now, so if anyone has some suggestions, we're all ears.

Here are a few photos from our list.  They include tin fish, picnic, wild animal park, walking bayley, late night drive, new place (summer pops on the embarcadero), mall, stratego, baby tigers, coyote cafe, beach (uploaded 8 actually).

  1. That's a good list. Doing things together is really what you'll remember later on. And it's often the seemingly little things that don't cost much money (or any of it), like beach visits, dog walks, games, or special meals at home that you'll remember most.

I know you're all ears, and although you probably won't be able to hear this, here are a few more suggestions. Take 'em or leave 'em.

    - Take a nature walk with the Canyoneers.
    - Ride bikes at Mission Bay.
    - Walk to the end of a pier.
    - Attend a Jazz Live concert. (it's free)
    - Play trumpet/piano duets.

Of course there's always disc golf, either at Morley or Montiel, with me, of course.
